Refund policy

We understand that sometimes a painting may not meet your expectations. Refunds and returns are accepted within 14 days from the day of delivery. If it's been more than 14 days since you received your painting, unfortunately, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in its original packaging.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. For added security, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending your painting back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your returned artwork, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt and approve your refund. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original method of payment.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@monabarbu.com. Be sure to provide pictures of the damaged packaging and artwork to qualify for a refund.
